Monica and Ian – Fitzpatrick Winery Wedding

Two weeks before Monica and Ian’s wedding, a forest fire started right across from their wedding venue.  The whole Summerland area that surrounded their wedding venue had been evacuated so the firefighters could battle the flames. Everyone was stressed and wondering if we were going to have to go to Plan B on location, and rearrange everything. But thankfully, they got the fire under control, and everything was a go. On the day, not only was there no smoke but it was also a beautiful summer day.  They were surrounded by an amazing group of family and friends, most of who travelled from Mexico for their wedding. The love that these two have for each other is a tangible feeling, tears, laughs, and so many smiles.  And they had one of the best dances parties of the year.  I wish you guys a lifetime of happiness!
