Jackie & Tony – Intimate Nelson Wedding

This was one beautiful intimate family affair.  Jackie and Tony knew they wanted only their closest family and friends, at a private location to say their vows.

We started the day at the Nelson golf course where, Tony works and manages the greenways.  At one of their favourite spots on the golf course, we had their first look. Tears, laugh, smiles.  The weather that day was all over the place, rain, sun, clouds and Thankfully We lucked out and only had a bit of rain to deal with.  After the first look was wrapped up, we snuck back home and put Jackies hair up.

Jackie walked herself down her own path, there were no chairs, no aisle, just the spot they knew they wanted to say their promises to each other. It rained harder than I think its ever rained at any wedding ceremony, but it did not take away from the special moment. Jackies son, just grabbed the umbrella and made sure his mom and Tony were covered. Despite the small affair, no details were missed, beautiful flowers, the reception was set up so beautifully with decor from Top Knot Events and the small party all walked down the block to a super cute bistro coffee shop where Jackie had her famous cookies and tasty treats set up. It was Perfect.
