This wedding is what I love about photographing wedding. There are no written rules. Nothing telling you this is what you have to do. I often get asked my thoughts and, while sure I always have an opinion. Its my opinion. This day is about you and I will always encourage you do to exactly what feels like YOU.
Kelsey had tried on several dresses but nothing felt right, never got that moment where she felt like a Bride. She remembered she had bought a White Romper a few years back. She bought this romper to go on one of her first dates with Keith AHHH – but she never wore it. So it sat there, waiting. Until she put it on again and she said she got those feelings. With something she already owned. I mean Kelsey could wear a potato sack and look UNREAL. But it set the tone for the relaxed, summer beach wedding
Held at her Grandparents beautiful waterfront property, they had only their closets family members there to celebrate. They said their vows to each other. Then the three of us snuck up to the Summerland Ornamental Gardens, which was wear her parents said their vows many years before. We drank some wine, and then went back to enjoy some delcious food from Brodo Kitchen
A beautiful intimate summer wedding in the Okanagan.
